As a charter school, Smythe is a school of choice, our enrollment is not automatic. Please follow instructions below to let us know you wish your student to continue enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year.
TK-5th - Fill out or print the Intent to Return at Smythe Form and Enrollment Form (if moving, only fill out the Intent to Return Form).
6th Grade – Fill out or print the Intent to continue at Smythe Middle Form. If not continuing at Smythe Middle, indicate what school the student will be attending or write “undecided”.
All forms are fillable and can be emailed to jenny.koons@twinriversusd.org . If you prefer to print the forms and fill out by hand, the forms can be deposited in our mailbox just outside our main door.
In addition, we will have printed forms available in our office.
